Processing time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of successful payment. Custom or wholesale orders may take longer; we will confirm the timeline with you by email.

Delivery within India

We ship across India through reputed courier partners. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch depending on your location. Shipping is charged at checkout, and is free on orders above the threshold shown on the website.

International delivery

We ship worldwide with tracked, insured services. Delivery usually takes 7–20 business days after dispatch. A flat international shipping charge is shown at checkout. Customs duties, import taxes or fees charged by the destination country are the buyer's responsibility.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we email you the tracking number to the address you gave at checkout.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected time, contact us at our email and we will work with the courier to resolve it, including a replacement or refund where the loss is confirmed.
